Charles contacted me on that Wednesday to ask if he could install it that day. He finished 90% of the job that day and came back the next day to finish and paint. I had been dreading calling someone about the rail for years and Charles knocked it out in 3 days. While the work itself was small, and took only about 1/2 hour, considering that he drove all the way to our apartment in downtown DC, his overall price was incredibly inexpensive. He came on time and although we did a little refining with some metal sand paper after he left, he was very efficient and had done a very good job, saving us a lot of money by not having to buy 24 new matching drawer handles."

He welded the broken metal plate that holds the arm to the chair. From the time of my request to job completion was around 45 minutes - Amazing service!
