"We recently retired from working for the City of Tampa, and were planning a move to North Carolina to be closer to our remaining family members. Got referrals from Home Advisor for moving companies, and after checking BBB ratings on each were very impressed with All Roads Express for their A+ rating, good reviews and overall customer satisfaction rating! When I called I spoke with Mark, who was extremely helpful in planning our anticipated move date and inventorying all of our household items to be moved. He even gave some helpful suggestions on how we might reduce cost for the move. He was always available, and patiently assisted when we called back with several adjusted load plans. We were confident that we were in good hands, and paid a deposit to reserve our planned move date.
