You keep raising our goals so we bring the company in more money but no matter what we still make the same amount. If our goal is 30k and we hit 100% to goal we still make the same amount as if our goal is 50k and hit 100% to goal. We are working harder and bringing in the company more money but are not making more. It is not motivating.

"Kevin was extremely helpful in getting me the service set up, the communication was excellent! I completed a user-friendly online inventory to generate a quote for my move. The movers were early on the day of the move, wrapped all my furniture in plastic to protect it, wrapped my TVs in protective cloths, and handled all my belongings with care. Nothing was damaged or broken during my move. They also disassembled and reassembled my couch when it wouldn't fit through the door. They were a great team of guys, very friendly, positive and upbeat, even though it was over 100 degrees during the move. They also completed the move faster than the algorithm predicted, saving me hundreds of dollars from the original quote. Thankful Movers made the move effortless and was well worth the money.
