"So glad we picked AVL! They worked with us for a month to coordinate a last-minute move for two out-of-state senior relatives. We worked with Tom initially to establish a move date and they were able to prepare a competitive estimate very quickly. Denise and Shane called/emailed us throughout the process to make sure everything was moving along during our tight window. Josh and Chris did a fabulous job with packing and loading, everything was so well wrapped and padded. They really took the time to make sure everything was secure as it was loaded. They quickly drove to the delivery location and we had them unloading within 24hrs during a holiday week. Amazing! Movers kept in touch via text and phone calls the whole way. Never felt out of the loop about what was happening. Our family members were so pleased and happy with the quality of the work and the whole process. Thank you Agility!"

I have moved around the country quite a bit so you have to be careful when choosing a moving company and recommend if they are not on the BBB A+ rating list don't use them. Almost went with another company until I checked out the BBB review on them, nothing but horror stories so be careful choosing and I would recommend National. You do get what you pay for, watch out for low ballers."

Not one item was lost or broken! Even better than that were the crew that moved our things to storage and also the crew who delivered our things to our new home. These six men (and their boss Kris) were awesome! So polite, neat, responsible, knowledgeable, and careful with our things. They were truly shining stars in our entire moving adventure. I thought that was really nice that they were thinking about us. The gentlemen on site called me by my name which made me feel good. The manager touched base in person at both sites and made sure the guys were putting rugs down because he knew I was concerned with the rain. Jayson was great to work with in setting up the service. Robert with Great Nation was the only one who came through for me. In less than 24 he had a crew in my home packing and loading my things. They did such a great job. So nice, so professional.
