"50% less than other quotes I got, since four guys with the truck, unpacked and moved piano 15 miles within 2 hours. Great job, in time and under budget"

"Went great. 2 guys and a huge truck moved items from one townhouse to another. 15 minutes to load, 10 minutes to unload. Perhaps 45 minutes at most. The huge truck arrived early and I was ready. Great job'"

"The actual movers were excellent. They were on time and pleasant. The guys managing the company (who were not on site for the move) changed the price after the work was done. The first guy I spoke to to set up the move quoted me one price and the guy I talked to on the day of my move upped the price. I had never signed a contract before hand eventhough he said I did. We finally came to an agreement on price that was reasonable but more than I was quoted. If I use them again, I will get the price in writing and have them sign it before any work is scheduled."

"We heard of all service moving from a family members’ recommendation. Move went very smoothly! Nathaniel, SeaBass and Dominic really took care of our furniture, everything was neatly wrapped up so nothing would get damaged. Would hire again!"

"Movers were extremely professional and made the move a breeze. They handled my items with great care and ensured that things were put in places I wanted. Great value and well worth not having to go through a stressful move myself. Would highly recommend Nation Capital Moving!"

"Moving team was courteous and polite. They ensured all Furniture was disassembled and assembled prior to moving. Incurred small damage to sheet rock with a dresser but moving company ensured repair in a timely fashion."

"I had the best experience with this moving company. Very professional, fast and responsive."

"I was referred to this business by a co-worker who has used Eastwind for multiple moves. Mark the owner handled all of the scheduling and worked both of our moves. For the first move (apartment to storage) we booked a three man team and four showed up - the owner explained that they wanted to finish quickly due to the bad weather (cold and snowing) and having a job in a more rural location in the afternoon. We were ok with this reasoning but I would have appreciated a heads-up before the 4th person arrived. They worked quickly, often carrying 2 boxes at a time. For the second move (storage to townhouse) scheduling was a bit of a challenge on our end due to poor communication from our builder. Mark was very understanding and helpful even though we had to reschedule our original appointment (late Friday afternoon) on short notice due to closing being cancelled. The move itself went smoothly. Through both of the moves Mark and his team were polite and respectful of our belongings. They worked with a sense of urgency that is often missing from hourly work. I have already referred them to my local relatives and I would use them again without hesitation.

"Nationwide made my moving experience easy. This is my third time moving cross country. The other two times prior were a disaster. Nationwide Moving really came through. Handle my belongings with care. Very polite crew and stood by their estimate and did not increase my move. I highly recommend."
