"We needed to place half the estimated cost as a deposit at the time of agreement, and they were 4 - 6 weeks out to begin. I explained to Joe that I would be happy to pay 1/2 when they began the project but not 1/2 to get on the list of next jobs, but that did not work for him. Seemed like a lot of money just to get on his calendar. Joe is a very friendly guy and I am sure he does great work, but there should be a lower investment simply to be placed in the queue."
