"Well, this was an early Christmas gift! Found Dylan through home advisors. He promptly called after we sought a handyman to replace our fireplace mantle. Itâ s harder than heck to find someone, anyone, to do small household projects, let alone someone so quickly. We exchanged photos of the old mantle and the new one. Dylan promised to stop by to finally estimate the project. Hereâ s the best part: Dylan, who makes for a very good first impression, offered to start the job right then and there, saying he could do the demo work and finish two days later. Hereâ s the even better part: He completed the demo and then mounted the new new mantle the same day. We were very happy with the care he took as he did the project, including adding an additional way to secure the mantle to the wall so not even one of our famous earthquakes could move it from its mountings. "Hard workers and easy to work with. I hired them to try and get the mold smell (post remdiation) off of my walls and ceilings. Very thorough and the smell seemed much abated after their treatment with borax and vinegar but sadly the next day the smell returned. A tough problem. I do wish that the person who came out to price the job had communicated better with the worker team. They did not realize I expected help with cabinets and furniture also. And was surprised that there was an extra charge for hauling my sofa away which I had not been quoted. I would use them again but get things clear from the beginning."
