"I needed some outdoor outlets put in for lights as well as some work done in my bathroom. Ryan and his crew came out within a week of calling and got the job done in less than a day. They did an amazing job, we respectful and cleaned up after themselves. Would I recommend them to everyone and have them out for other projects as well."

"I just had Lance Homes LLC remove a basketball goal from my driveway and want to recognize what a very nice job they did. The work was done by Jason and he showed thorough competence and professionalism in completing the job swiftly, with no shortcuts, and while restoring the disturbed earth perfectly. I can recommend Lance Homes and Jason without reservation. L. Ross, Bay Village March , 2025"

"Wonderful company. Will recommend them for all household renovations."

"Adam and his guys have been available for small and quite large projects and always pleased to be of service. Have recommended them to a number of friends. He’s done everything from painting and repairs to helping clean out my unwanted items when I moved recently. Actually I called him for everything and anything that needs help around my condo for nearly 8 years. The best, and neatest ever! Carolyn."

"Awesome and fast! Very pleased with the new bathroom!"

"The installers did a great job. They overcame some problems that were left by the original installer. Once done, they cleaned up the area nicely."

"The job went very well. The person that I spoke to in the office, John, was very knowledgeable, reasonable and helpful. I inadvertently sent the deposit to the wrong address. John didn't complain or change our scheduled install date. When I needed to delay the install (wasn't able to prep the site in time), he accepted it without any complaint. They built the shed on time, and didn't let recent rains affect our spot on the schedule. The builder Bob, was very pleasant and did a quick and professional job. Both Bob and John did a great job and were quite professional: they returned phone calls quickly. So, I do recommend this company."
