"He did a great job fixing the patio door."

"Needed fencing installed to keep groundhogs from taking up residence under our deck. Brady came up with a creative and complete solution that made sure the varmints were out and would not return. Would use again."

"Garrett was amazing! He did the job so well. I highly recommend him!"

"Went above and beyond to meet my needs! Great customer service and work provided!"

"We had used previous vendors and they never seemed to get the job done. The work BRME did has made a significant difference in our water drainage issues on our campus. BRME completed the job exactly as we requested, within the time-frame requested, left no debris or materials behind and the work was high quality. We won't hesitate to call BRME for additional projects."

"My statement to Gary before he left today was something along the lines of, "I wish we used him instead of the other handymen over the last seven years." My goodness, Gary is the absolute best. We've been ripped off by other fellows who called themselves handymen but created disasters for us (one guy was so inept, my spouse and I had to make frequent runs to Lowes for parts he neglected to bring, another made a complete mess of rehanging closet shelves - leaving me to spackle and paint his mess). Gary's officially on call and said he was okay with it. He's innovative. The quirkiness of our house didn't phase him; it phased me! I couldn't figure out how the heck to do some of the work (so, I really needed Gary). I got most of the parts and have more of my own follow-up work to do. It's great this way. I said I'd hire Gary again. That's an understatement. His directions to me were great. He was here when he said he'd be. He returned phone calls."

"Mr. Mikos was very prompt and professional he went above and beyond to ensure our door was installed properly. Very reasonably priced. We will be using Ralph Mikos again for other projects."

"We consider ourselves blessed that we found Mr. Rick and his team when we moved to Black Mountain. There are those guys that say they can do it all, then there are the ones that actually can. Rick actually can and has shown us time and again. He takes pride in his work and it shows. We started out looking for someone to do a side project and we found someone that has helped us for the past 6 months do yard work, masonry, landscaping and more. Always a fair price and always professional. Give them a call you won’t be disappointed."

"Excellent. So efficient and pleasant to work with."

"This was a classic, don’t judge a book by its cover. The 2 guys arrived later than expected; however I did get texts with time updates. They didn’t seem to have a lot of equipment so we were unsure at first. We were so wrong! Amazing job on our slide and went above and beyond to make sure it was safe and looked great. They worked through rain and darkness to deliver a great job."
