We had a contractor who had spent 11 months (yes 11 months) installing a screened in porch and he was simply not able to finish the job. We became fed up and found Junior and he was promptly out to review the work and recommend how to fix it. He was able to correct all of the issues with standard construction practices that our last contractor ignored. He made sure that the screened porch was redesigned to protect against water and last for the long term without issues every few years from water damage. "Although it was done, in my opinion it wasn't done well. The men who came worked hard and I compliment them on doing the work to the best of their ability. But they had an old trailer, an old truck, and old tools. Because of that, their work wasn't efficient and it took much longer than it should have. If they had had a bobcat and a mulcher, the work could have been done faster with a better result. If it had been done faster with better tools, my cost could have been less since he was charging by the hour."
