"If I could give I'll Handle It ten stars, I would! I hired Dave, the owner, to tear down my old fence and build me a new one. The proposal price was right in line with what I was expecting and I chose I'll Handle It over the others that I interviewed because of how Dave really listened to what I wanted and although offered suggestions didn't try to push me otherwise. Dave's expertise really became apparent when a snag appeared in the installation because of how the old fence had been installed over a concrete block retaining wall. A masonry person needed to be called in to fix the problem and Dave was able to get him to come over to look at it that same day and the extra cost was right in line with what I was expecting. The masonry repair was completed the next day and Dave finished up constructing my new fence the day after that. This masonry problem really created a problem for Dave because he is very busy and had to move some other work around that he had scheduled for other people. But through it all, he was friendly and solution oriented, and very concerned that my fence was built the way I wanted it. The new fence is fantastic!! I highly recommend Dave and I'll Handle It. "37 Legacy did an outstanding job on getting the floor inside my shed reinforced with stronger plywood. This has been a long time coming. Now I can put a small workout bench inside (along with padding of course) so I can work out at home vice go to Planet Fitness. Again, I recommend 37 Legacy for any handiwork needed!"

"He arrived on time and was very professional and cleaned up after himself. Definitely recommend his services. The outdoor lighting looks great and the outlet installed was perfect.

"Beat our expectations. For many years we always wanted crown molding in our past homes, it never happened. Since this is our retirement home we decided to make it happen. My first and only call was to Tim Larkin and Co. I immediately felt he vision, enthusiasm and competence to make our dream come true. His team beat our expectations many times over. Tim proposed things that we never would have thought of and we’re glad he did. The quality of work was outstanding. Tim participated every day with his his. Their work was impeccable. Adjoining seams, angles and paiting still amaze us as well as friends who have seen the work. Finally, important to me was cleanliness. Everyday, our home was left in a livable state. The final day he brought his team back to our home, every inch was reviewed, some minor corrections made and they whet there until we were 100% thrilled. I wholeheartedly would recommend Tim to our friends and neighbors."

"Great experience.  Pete charged the exact fee of his initial estimate, and even came out for a second visit the day after initial repairs in order to run a dedicated line to our pool pump (which was not part of the initial bid).   His colleague spent a fair amount of time troubleshooting a short circuit in our garage and guest house, and repaired those problems with new wiring.  He even loaned us a 50 amp cable to feed a subpanel in our kitchen during construction -- for free -- with constrction scheduled to last 4-6 months!
Super impressed.  Will definitely us Aardema in the future.

"High quality work. Kept me informed of steps."

"Jeff did a great job. Patched 10 large holes in the drywall. Looks great, would hire him again."

"I have a two-story Spanish style stucco house with wood trim in Rancho San Diego. It hadn't been painted in at least 15 years and there was mildew staining on the bottom two-three feet of the stucco. I got 3 quotes for whole house exterior painting, and chose Armor Tek because of a recommendation from a neighbor and they were willing to work with me on pricing. At one point during the prep, a problem was discovered with some rotting wood on my deck, they agreed to replace these for a very modest fee. The job took about a week, the workers were punctual, polite and tidy. At the end, the house turned out beautifully."

"They were professional and friendly."
