He even offered to re-stain a three-story wooden partition for us at no extra cost. The project took five weeks to complete (quite a bit longer than originally estimated, delayed due to unusually rainy weather), but Rick was in touch each day to let us know if the forecast allowed for work to be performed. He installed a kitchen ceiling fan/light fixture, two wall light fixtures, an outdoor light fixture, and replaced multiple broken outlets and light switches. I have an old house which made some of the work more complicated, but Alberto had all the right tools and materials and just took care of it. It feels great to have all those things crossed off my to do list, and for $99 no less!"
