"Harry is awesome if I was able to give him 10 stars I would. He definitely went the extra steps. I needed 2 beds assembled and although it was late he wouldn’t stop until it was done. He also mounted my tv today. Definitely plan on recommending him to others and using again"

"An excellent carpentry project that is not in the drop-down categories above. Built a second left-side banister to assist with stair climbing after owner injury. The banister matches the original perfectly and is beyond expectations. 100% recommendation."

"I called Deck Cetera in May of 2011 to get an estimate for the construction of a new deck at my house. Jean was very helpful, asking great questions about what we wanted, and provided us with a design that suited our needs, as well as our budget. They were to take down an old existing deck on the third floor, which was connected to our master bedroom. The existing deck was accessible through a french door, and Deck Cetera was going to replace it with a window and build a new knee wall and window sill. I had difficulty locating a window that would be the right size, and Colin from Deck Cetera was helpful in tracking down and purchasing the correct window, for which he was reimbursed. I did have some problems with Colin not returning phone calls for multiple days, but everything wound up happening in due time without too much trouble. He provided my HOA with a packet detailing the construction and took care of obtaining the correct permits from the county. The construction began in the beginning of August, and Pete, the foreman, was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and a stickler for quality and craftsmanship. We encountered a slight problem when the deck boards were about to be laid down, as I had specified the boards to be done at a 45 degree angle, and Pete had begun to lay them out straight. I discovered that he had not been informed about the 45 degree angle design from Colin, indicating a breakdown of communication. Had I not been present to notice this and correct it before the boards went down, it may have caused us some serious issues. The old master bedroom doors were replaced with a window, which was finished and drywalled by Colin's dad. The quality of the drywall work, window frame installation and caulking performed inside the house was considerably inferior to the quality of the exterior work done by Pete. I did raise a concern about this with the company, and Jean came to take some pictures, but no resolution has come about. I would have hoped for a better explanation about the discrepancy in workmanship but according to Jean, this is not the first time someone has complained about Colin's dad's work. Quite a shame, since the deck really is solidly built, and we were extremely happy with Pete's workmanship and demeanor throughout the project. Overall, I would hire them again if given the chance, but would steer folks away from having any interior work performed by this company."

"Fidel is fantastic. He was able to match paint colors, suggested & used the right products to prevent the problem (mold from steamy bathrooms) and did a beautiful paint job. Treated, cleaned, painted in 2 days with 2 assistants. We ran into an unforseen obstacle, my bathroom fans were not hooked to vents. He gave me guidance on purchasing fans & brought his electrician in for correct installation. Because of an issue in my ceiling, we cannot vent through the walls as planned. He was going to use HVAC suggestions to vent through the roof, but he stopped & called some experts who told him that I could suffer leaks if I don't use a skilled roofer. We will have a roofer do the vents. Fidel only charged me for the work done. He'll come back to install fans after that."

"I can't recommend this vendor highly enough! I had been trying for years to get my curbside rural mailbox to stand up straight and within the USPS guidelines, but whoever had installed it originally had done a lackluster job. I contacted Jim Hughes at Mailbox Xpress, inc., and he came out when we had arranged and replaced both the mailbox and the post. I immediately noticed the difference: the post now stood up straight and the mailbox was where it was supposed to be for the rural carrier delivery. There was a five-year guarantee on the installation, but this has lasted for at least a decade, with no leaning or major deterioration. The mailbox itself is of a higher quality than I could find, even now, at either of the two large "hardware" stores near me. I ran into Jim today while he was installing a neighbor's mailbox, and I asked him where I could get a quality mailbox like his, as the paint on mine is quite weathered, and he said I don't need a new box and that he'd come by and repaint the box for free because he "loves his customers" and likes to maintain a happy customer base.
