"My experience with Monthly Upkeep was awesome, my expectations exceeded! None of my outdoor lights work when I reached out to them, now ALL of my exterior lighting works!!! These guys are mega fast to respond (within hours) I reached out and to them and within 24 hours I had a scheduled appointment and someone at my house to knock it out! This isn’t the end of my review as not only was all this done but these guys saved me money by fixing a few of the fixtures and lights versus me having to purchase all new ones!!! Last but certainly not least - my Wife is ecstatic and as anyone with a Wife knows... happy Wife, happy life!!! <3 I not only recommend this company I plan on spreading the word. 10/10!!!"

"The entire process went very smooth. John was very helpful in the decision process of which shed fit our needs. He did a site inspection, helping us match the siding and placement of the shed. The construction went very smooth, Bob and Jesse were here the first day very early - I was amazed at how fast it went up - worked pretty much non-stop and were very polite and professional. Second day, Bob arrived early in the morning, again worked pretty much non-stop and by that afternoon the shed was finished and looked fantastic. They transformed the first floor of our home, including the kitchen, from an extremely dated look to a very modern look and all at a very reasonable price.
