"Where do I even begin!? They showed up an hour early. With plenty of heads up. He was very understanding when I didnâ t see the notification that they were running early. Tino was very friendly and jovial. One of those people who you couldnâ t imagine ever having a bad day. He and his partner got to work in the scolding hot, almost 100 degree day and finished our beautiful play set in 4 hours! He made sure to ask if it was in the spot I liked before anchoring it to the ground. I couldnâ t be happier. It is very well built. Thank you guys SO much!"

"It was time for a new mailbox and I went with this company after reading all the A+ reviews on here. I placed the order online and used the discount coupon from Angie's List. Diane called me back right away to confirm the order, she is super nice and was great in keeping me updated every step of the way from the shipping to installation date. You've Got Mail makes it very easy in that you can order the mailbox directly through them, and have the new one delivered by installer. On the day of installation, the installer arrived right on time, and the entire process was just about 90 min from removing the old mailbox to installing the new one. I made the decision to move my mailbox location to the other side of my driveway so that it would be easier coming home and getting the mail without getting out of my car. The installer followed my wishes without any complaints. At the end of the install he used a level against all the sides of the mailbox to make sure everything was straight and perfect. I have already received many compliments from neighbors and friends on the new one. So happy! I would not hesitate in recommending this company to friends and family."

"Great job overall. Had the entire house power washed and painted - aluminum siding and brick. The whole process took a few days but is necessary to do the job right. After power washing, they went over the whole house filling cracks with silicone, covered the windows, pulled back mulch and protected bushes from overspray. The applied two coats with a high quality paint and did a great job cleaning up. Highly recommend!"

"From the first contact to the last, Backyard Custom was professional. The whole experience was easy. Due to the recent snow storm, we had to delay the job for three days. I was involved in the construction industry my entire career and I can testify that this was one of the most efficient and well constructed projects I have seen. The showed up at 8am and left just under 8 hours later. Job done!! Quality!!! I can imagine the surprise of many of my neighbors who drove by my house in the morning with an empty spot in my back yard to find driving home a large 16' X 24" Shed. "On time and courteous. When I called to schedule service, and to ask that the caulk they applied around my bathroom walls be removed, my request was addressed promptly. The spackle on the ceiling was applied and not sanded, the backsplash is missing tiles around light fuxtures and we were left with grout or plaster on the countertops, cabinets and floor. Each job was addressed but some work will need to be redone."
