Then requested half early, then full payment before done. When I said work incomplete, he asked "Don't you trust me?" then broke promises. Broken promises: Walkway cured wrong, no follow-up. $1,800 grading included 3-month landscaping - no communication. Promised debris cleanup, later said not responsible. Damaged 4-month fence, couldn't repair properly, paid $300 after pressure. Dismisses costs at estimate, adds them later. Makes promises, then excuses."

Plus, a large rock base around a tree on a hill so I no longer have to mow it and now the growth doesnâ t block my view when pulling out on to a four lane highway. From start to finish, it was all done in a timely fashion, considering we had a lot of rain and had to wait until everything dried out. We remained patient. Divine concrete did an amazing job.
