"Foundation 1 just completed a big yard project for us and did an incredible job. They buried and rerouted our downspouts, they dug a swale in our backyard and re-graded part of our yard. The supervisor of the job was incredibly kind, communicative and respectful. They kept us up to date on the progress of the work. We had two rain days in the middle of the job, they made sure to call and let us know that they wouldn't be there that day and would pick up where they left off the following day. "The owner returned my call after about 2 hours of leaving a message. He came to give an estimate the next morning, was very professional and personable. Measured and gave an estimate that was below what we anticipated. The tear out proceeded quickly and smoothly without any damage to fence or other structures. He noted that the ground that was to be paved was soft due to high moisture content from recent rains and cracks in old asphalt, so he recommended delaying the paving a day for drying. Paving was done the next day and looks great. No pressure, professional, friendly, and beautiful results. I would hire them for other work!
