"Foundation 1 just completed a big yard project for us and did an incredible job. They buried and rerouted our downspouts, they dug a swale in our backyard and re-graded part of our yard. The supervisor of the job was incredibly kind, communicative and respectful. They kept us up to date on the progress of the work. We had two rain days in the middle of the job, they made sure to call and let us know that they wouldn't be there that day and would pick up where they left off the following day. He noted that the ground that was to be paved was soft due to high moisture content from recent rains and cracks in old asphalt, so he recommended delaying the paving a day for drying.
