"We needed mud-jacking done to lift the front step and a portion of our driveway that had dropped. Cassell came out and provided me with a very comprehensive quote in a very timely manner. With all the rain we had it was difficult to schedule a time to have the work done. Stephanie with Foundation 1 was very helpful with keeping us informed as to when the job could be scheduled and done. Once Scheduled Josh and his team were prompt and efficient and had everything back where it needed to be and cleaned. "The owner returned my call after about 2 hours of leaving a message. He came to give an estimate the next morning, was very professional and personable. Measured and gave an estimate that was below what we anticipated. The tear out proceeded quickly and smoothly without any damage to fence or other structures. He noted that the ground that was to be paved was soft due to high moisture content from recent rains and cracks in old asphalt, so he recommended delaying the paving a day for drying. Paving was done the next day and looks great. No pressure, professional, friendly, and beautiful results. I would hire them for other work!
