"Lagos Paving is an outstanding company. Jose and his team are efficient and extremely knowledgeable. They did an outstanding job paving our parking lot. I would recommend Lagos for commercial or private projects."

"Rivera Concrete Paving's $8,500 bid became $11,000. Owner Magdiel Rivera adds charges after you're committed and doesn't follow through after payment. Cost increases: I mentioned roots upfront - he said equipment could handle it, then charged $450. Said grading unnecessary, then created false urgency claiming we HAD to grade before concrete. Later said could grade after. Added $1,800. Crew broke drainage pipes, charged me $250. Couldn't move AC condenser despite my asking during estimate. Payment tactics: Said pay "when satisfied." Then requested half early, then full payment before done. When I said work incomplete, he asked "Don't you trust me?" then broke promises. Broken promises: Walkway cured wrong, no follow-up. $1,800 grading included 3-month landscaping - no communication. Promised debris cleanup, later said not responsible. Damaged 4-month fence, couldn't repair properly, paid $300 after pressure. Dismisses costs at estimate, adds them later. Makes promises, then excuses."

"Kevin and his crew did a great job on our driveway. Very pleased with the job they did."

"Great! Sean and Brad showed up at 8:00 a.m. and got right to it. They listened to what I wanted and made suggestions on the best way to do it. They know what they're doing and they have the equipment to do it right. I was impressed by their hard work and effort to make the job look great, so I've hired them to pour a second slab for me next week!"
