"Richard was amazing. We had been away from home for several months and returned to a complete nightmare in our basement. The entire floor was buckled in the two rooms on the finished side of the space and there was black mold growing up all the walls. Richard was there when the adjuster did the inspection, undoubtedly paving the way for the smooth experience we had with our claim and communicated with us every step of the way to make sure we understood what was happening and why. Because they were dealing with mold removal, an extreme amount of care went into the demolition process and Richard always kept us informed about the safety of the environment. He always followed through on what he said he would do when he said he would do it. His team was skilled, professional and considerate. They used high quality materials and did high quality work. Our basement looks better than it ever did before the damage occurred. I can't imagine how the experience could have been better. We will never use another company to do work that NE Renovations can do."
