"Bill, the estimator, was quick, friendly, responsive, and very knowledgable. The crew, led by John Biagiotti, arrived on time, with plenty of manpower, and all the heavy equipment needed for the job. They knew exactly what they needed to do, asked me a few smart last minute questions about details of how I wanted the job done, and set to work quickly and efficiently. They got the job done in about 3-4 hours, which shocked me with its speed. When they left, the area was squeaky clean, and the new paving looked perfect. They even took some of the soil they had removed when they leveled the base ground, and used it to feather where the old uneven ground met the new flat asphalt. So, they were on-time, fast, efficient, tidy. Did exactly what they said they'd do. When they were finished, I looked at the work, and I thought they'd left the new asphalt too high, so that there was a little bit of a "hump" where the new asphalt met the old driveway. As the new asphalt dried over the next few days, it shrank. You guessed it. After the shrinkage, it matched the old paving nicely. I thought that was an impressive display of skill. Price was a lot less than I was expecting."
