"Rutland took care of a yellow jacket nest in a timely fashion. Communication from Steve is excellent, and the exterminator came exactly in the time window provided. I would hire them again for pest control and am considering them for future lawn services also. Pricing was fair, and the technician was very knowledgable about the active and inactive ingredients that they used to treat the nest."

"Very pleased with the work. They were knowledgeable, studied the house and diagnosed what needed to be done. We haven't seen any ants since they visited. I only give them a C on Punctuality because they lost our work order on the day they were originally supposed to come. When I called them about this they were very apologetic and sent over a truck almost immediately so it was not a lasting issue and I would hire them again without reservation."

"We had a massivie invasion of carpenter ants and mice. There was no way we could eliminate either of these without help. We live in the woods. Bugs and mice are part of the living on this kind of land. They aren't cheap, but they do the job and they come when called. We'll never be rid of the mice or the ants, not completely, but there are a whole lot fewer of them than there were and it gets better every year. Living in the woods is lovely, but very messy. We buy an annual package"

"Casey called me right away after my initial contact. He came to my house the next day and on his way he called me to tell me how far away he was. He examined my crawlspace and educated me as to what animal he suspected and gave me a rundown of this animals habits. Came again the next day with trapping and again called me on his way. Casey is super friendly and knowledgeable and offers extremely fair pricing. He’s my pest guy now. I highly recommend his service."
