"Two raccoons would come at night and take a swim in our pool. Jarrod came and placed 2 traps. He used marshmallows for bait. I thought this was strange, but it worked like a charm â¦â¦ the very next morning both raccoons were trapped - Smile. Bob came and picked them up within hours to relocate them. My experience with Family Pest Control was very pleasant. The ladies answering the phone are absolutely wonderfulâ¦.so friendlyâ¦..I feel we are friends now. "We are just at day 2 of service but so far I am very pleased with everything about this company. Very nice and professional young man/owner of business came and explained their plan. He has installed have-a-heart type traps for squirrels the first day and today he permanently closed off areas where critters could get in. Obviously he will be coming back to recheck the traps. I am very pleased."

"I waited until the entire process was completed to write this. They were very professional, very thorough, and very prompt. I especially like the guarantee. After they sealed the house, the little beasties gnawed a new hole to get in, So I called Guaranteed when I saw the new hole. They had a guy out within the hour to fix the new problem -- late on the Friday afternoon before Memorial Day. Yes I recommend to anyone who wants to get rid of rodent pests in their house. Now if I could just keep the squirrels out of my tomatoes."
