"A neighbor thought they saw termites in a tree on my rental property. I had my termite service come look, no signs of termites, or so they said. Just a few months later, there was a HUGE nest in plain site on a tree. I called the company who was going to send someone. Meanwhile, I called LaJaunie's Pest Control who sent Matt out that day. He had never seen such a large nest, and identified the tracks on 2 additional trees. We contracted LaJaunie's to protect the house (which didn't have signs of termites), and the contract included treating all 3 trees. The trees were treated the very next day, and the house is begin treated preventatively as weather will permit. The origianl company finally called back a few days later, and I told them "no thank you, you didn't catch the termites the first time". And Matt took his time, was very informative, and knowledgable about the various procedures and contracts."
