"I saw signs of termite activity and and had an inspection from Arizona Pest Control. Ray, the inspector confirmed the activity and showed me more signs. He recommended a treatment plan. I agreed and had the services performed. The technician that applied the treatment was professional and answered all questions. Very good service! I just wish the price wasn't so high but it was comparable or less than other service providers."

"Very professional and personable folks. They were flexible with my schedule and thoroughly explained their procedure before beginning work. Mike gave me safety tips for our dogs for the 1st 24 hours after termite treatment. (we have 6!) Rigo personally came to evaluate our problem and offer a solution My wife and I are pleased with Rigo pest prevention and highly recommend them. Their tech, Mike did a great job!!"

"The response time from the moment you request an assessment of your problem to when they come out to your home to assess the problem to when they actually work on the problem is very quick. I talked to Will, the owner, late afternoon and he came out early the next morning to assess and treat the problem on the same day. The owner is very accessible and the customer service he gives is excellent. The price you pay for pest control services is somewhat higher than other companies, but the response time and excellent service and follow up you receive are well worth it."
