"Kenny and his team at VA Animal Control were not only professional, but very thorough in their efforts. We had a raccoon and it's baby in our attic for over a month, we had another company out prior to them, who claimed they found nothing, yet we continually heard movement from up there, especially in the evening. VAC came out, went in, and captured the animals, without harm, and removed them. In our dealings with them, they were friendly, and understanding to a fault. Kenny, especially, has been great in dealing with us, and we would HIGHLY recommend their services to our friends, family and neighbors. Five stars doesn't seem like enough, for the relief they brought for our family."

"Chris was very thorough with treating the outside of my house (TH end unit) and yard for spiders. I had a black widow infestation and I was terrified ! He de-webbed the back of the house, something I was too scared to do. On the inside, my cats had fleas and he sprayed all the carpeted areas and perimeters of other rooms. The cats seem happier now. He came back a week later for a second full treatment and reported that the spider population had diminished, thank heavens. I signed on for the quarterly treatment plan because I like the feeling of finally being bug-free. I thought the cost was indeed, affordable, and my main concern was addressed; the ingredients of the product, something that kept me from getting pest control services in the past: it is completely organic and non-toxic. I have four cats currently and two birds and had nowhere to relocate them all if I needed them out of the house for several hours or a day. There is no harm to pets in the airborn product. It is a fairly strong smell, but not unpleasant and it does dissipate quickly. I couldn't smell anything after a couple hours. I'm very glad I chose this company. Thank you !"

"The serviceman did an inspection of the attic and basement and concluded there were no signs of entry. He suspected squirrels as opposed to raccoons were making the noise I was hearing. He said if they had gotten into the soffit of the house that was a different story and a very costly venture. He recommended no service at this time. I was shocked at his honesty and will certainly call back Terminix if I have any future problems."

"So far, so good. Senate came out to give us an estimate for the work we were requesting. The tech arrived right on time and we explained what we were looking for (mosquito and ticks outside and spiders, crickets & ants inside the house) and he told us that the plan for the outside should also take care of the inside of the house pests. The cost is $89 per treatment administered every three weeks for our acre. They came to do their first service last week and it may be a little early to tell if it's working but so far, nada....haven't seen any bugs and we were outside working in the yard all weekend. Fingers crossed it stays that way. Their customer service folks are also very professional and courteous."

"Allan at WeedMan came out and gave me a quote for early fall fertilization, fall weed control, fall fertilizer and aeration and seeding. The quote I felt was quite fair and I did get a quote from another company where the aeration and seeding was less but the other was more. So, overall WeedMan was the best value. They came out when they said they would, answered questions I had and the customer service has been excellent. They still have the fall weed control and the fall fertilization to complete, but all in all the service has been excellent. I am very happy and look forward to working with them again."
