He said if they had gotten into the soffit of the house that was a different story and a very costly venture. He recommended no service at this time. I was shocked at his honesty and will certainly call back Terminix if I have any future problems."

"Chris did a fantastic job getting rid of a rat problem in my attic! He took photos of rodent activity in the attic as well as outside in the places where they were sneaking in. He then took the time to share them with me so that I could actually see what he would be repairing. He sealed up all the spots they were getting in, and set traps in the attic. Caught a big guy today and I was soooo happy! He will also be disinfecting the attic once heâ s sure there are no more up there. He always shows up as promised and does quality work! I highly recommend this company!!"

In the end they said we were doing everything that we could do to trap our rodent visitor, with just a few adjustments needed. Another company came and wanted to charge us $900 for many services. We so appreciate Wise Owlâ s honesty and character. We didnâ t have to hire them this time but we have found our new pest service for our rental properties."

"They are diligent in checking traps and removing "unwanted and destructive" critters. They obviously know their stuf as their success rate to date has been impressive (8 armadillos, 2 raccoons, 2 possums all in 7 weeks!!). They have been easy to contact, professional in their approach, and quick to respond to "we got another one"! They pick them that day , reset the traps and wait for the next call. They monitor frequently as well. Soooo glad we found the A Team!!"
