Should I have anymore uninvited guests in my chimney or anywhere else in my house I will definitely call him. "Jess and Rusty just completed a job for us. We had squirrels that set up house in one level of the attic and water rats in another level. They came out and explained what the problems were along with pictures of the various issues, one of which it looked like the squirrel was posing behind some chewed wiring. Rusty came out and set one way exits and live traps and closed off multiple entry areas. He came out several times a week for several weeks until we were confident there were no more unwanted guests. They arranged for removal and replacement of the insulation. They also provided a three year warranty, which is pretty much unheard of. I had one company who would not even work on a barrel tile roof and another that was a no show for a quote. I love that they are a local company and I have every confidence that if I have any further issues, they will be there to handle it. They both have extensive work experience in many areas and I feel they are very trustworthy."

Then Steven identified the access points they were using to get into the attic, and blocked them all off. Problem solved, well done!
