"Trap snapped 2 hours after he left. Unfortunately it didn’t kill instantly and I had to finish the job as both my husband and exterminator not present. Had to put poor critter out of its misery. We are city folks living in country for first time and have a lot to learn. Yet very efficient company that uses traps and chemistry nontoxic to environment and my animals. We also have wasp and ant problems to be addressed later in year. Have great confidence they will help."

"I was in desperate need of some help and answers to my pest problems. This was the first & only Pro that contacted me. While I didn't technically hire them, they were very professional and responded quickly to my project request. The project was quoted at $200, but I was only charged $50 for a down payment and inspection. While I may still be baffled at how I got a small invasion of pesky flies, the Pro was excellent at communicating with me and still offered their services in my time of need."

"Brian Higgins the owner, was very thorough and considerate. He gave us a fair price and did a wonderful job. He eliminated the dead rats at were in the attic and under the house. He helped us fog the entire house to get rid of the mites that were biting me for 6 months. Then Brian climbed on the roof and covered all access holes with wire mess. He did that to the perimeter of the house too. Finally he set traps with bate in the attic and crawl space under the house. Two weeks later he returned and did an inspection of the traps to make sure there was no additional activity . He is a very pleasant guy and I would highly recommend using him again if needed .R Blecher"

"The owner of Ratting and Rodents and his employees are very much a professional when it comes to explaining, researching, and having plenty of suggestions for me that I could do with my home and very patient with me regarding my questions. Cesar has so much passion when it came to finalizing my very terrible yet very serious rat and rodent infestation. Sterilization was most important for me. All my concerns were taken care of by Cesar immediately and with future appointments that are coming up in the near future. They offer a free inspection and are open 24 hour emergency service calls. We were very happy with the scope of service provided, pricing and would highly recommend. Cesar thank you again for your epic customer service and professionalism! I have recommended him and Ratting on Rodents to my neighbors and when asked by others. Thank you Ratting and Rodents!"

"This company is the best I have ever experienced! So responsive, professional and amazing! They responded so fast to us and they took care of the issue! The cusotomer service is the best! Usually these days customer support is not good but this company is amazing! We had a major rat problem and they not only got rid of them but they figured out how they were coming in and stopped them as well as set rat traps!"

"When called to make an appointment, the customer service was great. The technician that came out was thorough. The fee to spray the house one time was a little steep, I still had some pests hanging around but not nearly as much as there was before the spray. I would consider using this company again but I think I would call around to see what other companies charge for a one time house spray."

"Did a thorough job fast and clean I highly recommend this company"

"Very fast and quality service. After completing the survey on Home Advisor i've received a call from them in a few minutes and scheduled an inspection for the next day. Few days later the house was already covered up. There was a very clear communication channel throughout the process. Thank you for the great service!"

"Wanted to leave a review for the awesome crew of pest busters . Their response was super quick and Richard came out the next day to do a thorough inspection. He took the time to walk around and point out all the problem area to me and my husband and clearly explaining our options . Since they completed all the work . All the banging and scratching noises from the rats have basically disappeared! Highly recommend pest busters"

"We purchased an old single family and hired Geffroy for treating drywood termite and fungus, repairing damaged wood members, straightening the structure posts in the scrawl space and replacing a few ventilation screens. Geffroy is absolutely great. He came to our house for a pretty thorough free inspection including going under the scrawl space. He gave a very competitive bid compared to the bid we got from HomeGuards. He was very professional and patient and explained a lot of things to me (a first time home owner knows pretty much nothing). We decided to hire him on Friday. To our pleasant surprise, Geffroy was able to meet our time constraints and came to work on our house over the weekend (one day after we made our decision). He finished most of the work over the weekend and came for a few touch up the next Tuesday. Overall, we are very satisfied with his work. What impressed me the most is his hard-working attitude. He stayed to finish his work on Sunday until 11pm (took longer than he thought) and did not charge us extra beyond the price we agreed upon. We highly recommend Geffroy for termite control and general contracting for the quality of his work, his pricing and most of all his work attitude."
