"Chuck called me right away and was very helpful. Rick came to check out the house and we agreed to a termite treatment and a pest removal plan. John and Matt came the following Monday and completed the work in a few hours. They were extremely pleasant and very competent and did a great job. Afterward, they explained everything and told me what to look for in the coming days/weeks. They also said if I had any issues, I should call and they would come back.
