"Pacific Coast did this most thorough inspection of the three companies I dealt with. All three companies had a different approach to termite control. One was to do a cursory inspection and offer what is essentially an insurance policy. Another did a better inspection and offered spot treatment and a 3 year warranty. Pacific Coast did a thorough inspection and offered either spot treatments to the obviously infested areas or comprehensive preventative maintenance treatment in addition to the spot treatments. The cost is more expensive than the other companies but the employees inspire confidence in their work."

"When called to make an appointment, the customer service was great. The technician that came out was thorough. The fee to spray the house one time was a little steep, I still had some pests hanging around but not nearly as much as there was before the spray. I would consider using this company again but I think I would call around to see what other companies charge for a one time house spray."

"Chris is professional and nice, but the front desk lady is not familiar with her job."

"It is still in progress, but so far things are going well. Very good communication and good customer service."

"Jamison is very professional. So much so I took a year of service with him. So far everything in the house is good and the pest issue has reduced significantly."

"I reached out to Monterey Vista Termite Control to get an estimate on fumigation, and though I reached out on a Saturday over a holiday weekend, Andy got back to me immediately on that same day, answered all our questions, and immediately provided us with an estimate that was lower than the other estimate we had received. Andy was professional, quick to respond, and clearly knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Andy and this company, and we will definitely reach out again the next time we need any pest related services!"

"I had crown and floor molding installed through the house. They did a fantastic job and their team was professional, friendly and respectful. Job was two days, each day they were on time and worked hard to complete the project on time. I would highly recommend them."

"The technician was courteous, efficient, punctual and helpful."

"Victor helped our family out during a very stressful rat infestation that happened right after a death in the family. He was super responsive, kind and sensitive to what we needed. This was for my sister, who is not comfortable having many people in her home, and Victor took great care of her. He caught the rats, sealed up all the holes, and got us sorted quickly during a stressful time. I would highly recommend this great family business. This man is passionate about catching rodents and taking care of his clients."

"When one of the BIG companies (starts with T ends with X) made an appointment and never showed or called I didn't know what to do. Hugo called from Monterey Pezt Control and took care of the wasps the same morning..came back in 2 weeks to be sure they we gone...will tell everyone I know...Monterey Pest Control is the BEST"
