He was very thorough in investigating our attic, roofline and eaves of our home for possible critter penetration. He explained the habits of rats and squirrels, and the process he would use to trap them. He setup bait traps in our attic and monitored them. Though nothing was trapped, Jason patched the small holes in the eaves that were possible entry points. We no longer hear noises in the attic. Jason was friendly and professional.
