He was so kind and put me at ease as he explained how termites operate, what was going on in my specific situation, and what the best solution would be. I also needed pest control, as the house has been vacant for a few months. While he was here he witnessed my uneasiness with critters firsthand as he found a black widow during his inspection! Somehow he worked it out so that he could come first thing the next morning to do the termite treatment and pest control!!! This is a man who truly cares about people!
