When the day arrives to clean, the guys call to confirm what time they are coming. They are happy to move furniture I need help with and they move it all back using styrofoam blocks so my floors look great and my house doesn't have furniture scattered everywhere. We have a dog and we doggy-sit frequently (= occasional potty accidents) and thanks to these guys I still happily sit on the carpet. James can be a bit difficult to get a hold of initially because he is always very busy.  I find that having to ping him a few times is worth the effort for the quality of work that he does.  I can understand why he is in demand.
