We asked to revise the quote and they did that quickly as well. We forgot to include painting the trim in one room and they called us to question that while they were working. I was glad they did. We added that to the job and the additional cost was minimal. The walls and ceilings needed a lot of repair of cracks and stains and they did an excellent job. The apartment looked great when they were finished. We had a couple of very minor issues and they immediately took care of them for us. We have already had them quote another job for us."
