We have several estimates on replacing our window and doors.  Wood Rot was the highest of the three by a several thousand dollars.  We choose Wood Rot solutions anyway.  And very glad that we did.  His service and workmanship is well worth the extra money.
WE could not be any happier with our windows, and doors.  And would recommend that if you want things done right, I would pay the extra cost and use Wood Rot Solutions.

"The gutters had to be coordinated with the painting and they were able to do that. We were happy with the paint job, but the crew was messy and left trash. And the gutter people were subs who weren't as reliable and we had a hard rain storm where we were left with no gutters and it leaked into our basement. He did try to make everything right and even did some additional work for us. The end product came out okay and we were satisfied with the final results, but it was a hassle."

"Top notch, honest professionals. We initially used Neighborhood Painting (NP) several years ago to paint our exterior house and repair some wood rot. They did a remarkable, over-the-top job and their estimate was honest and fair. Currently, we turned to NP again for a kitchen make-over. Again, from start (planning)-to-finish, they have been remarkable in their responsiveness, feedback, advice for additional contractors/services/materials if needed, etc. We trust NP completely and turned over the house to them while we left for vacation. Upon return, the thorough and meticulous workmanship was obvious to see. These guys go the extra mile to do the work right - as if it was their own home. Good luck finding a better team than NP! These guys are solid in what they say they will do and what they do. Excellent craftsmanship, they are professional and clearly take pride in their work.
