Stephen Winterrowd was the lead, and their contract was thorough and complete. The two workers were prompt every morning (the project took five days) and their work was conscientious and detailed. The guys always cleaned up after themselves at the end of the work day. It was painless. We had one hiccup on the project, where we misunderstood the level of prep work to be done on a portion of the house. It was our misunderstanding, and CertaPro had not done anything wrong, yet Stephen was gracious enough to provide us with a complimentary $50 gift card to smooth over any hard feelings, which we appreciated. We would use CertaPro again."
