"Neil came out and gave us an estimate along with recommendations on what shade of white would look nice. The first working day he came out to remove all of the cabinet doors, drawers (36 of them!) and a few shelves and he painted the boxes. He took the doors and drawers home to spray them (he hand-painted the boxes so we didn't have to shut down the room which was nice). while painting the doors he discovered a slight difference in the door paint vs the box paint (he showed me and honestly I would have never known) so he came back out and repainted the boxes. At this time he brought a sample he had done of the cabinet door antiquing detail (he hand-painted some of the grooves) so we could approve that. When he finished the cabinets he even went back and caulked areas and touched up our walls in spots that may have needed it. Even with the paint color issue, all the hand-painted detailing and Christmas coming up, he still finished ahead of schedule and we had a new kitchen for Christmas! He was incredibly professional throughout the process and an easy-going nice guy. It's been 4 months and I still walk into my kitchen and just stare at the cabinets because I love them so much now! I would (and have) highly recommend him to anyone looking to have any painting done!"

He completed MANY other task along the way. He didn’t use any tape and managed to make every corner seamless. He works very neat!! I would highly recommend hiring Bernie for your next paint job. He painted my downstairs so nice that I’m now considering having him repaint the interior of my upstairs just to match his quality of painting. His help Tony was amazing as well. "Our Hutton project manager was Justin. He and Gage did all the work. My husband and I are extremely impressed. The powder room is beautiful. The work included removing 1975 ceramic toilet paper holder and towel bar that was imbedded in the wall. Plastering not only these larger holes in the wall but also smoothing the rest of the wall that had always been wallpapered so never smoothed. Installing a new toilet, faucet, light, towel hook and toilet holder. Painting the walls and caulking. These people are wonderful to work with. They always showed up on time, are very polite, trustworthy and respectful, and cleanup completely. They are also very pleasant with which to work . We ran into a problem with the new Moen faucet we bought which had many online complaints about the same problem. Justin came back after the job was completed to try to adjust it but the problem was with the part. He researched options, tried to buy the needed upgraded part locally but it was not available, ordered it online and kept me updated on the delivery, and replaced the part which works wonderfully. He never charged me for the extra time that he had to invest even though the problem was with the faucet I bought. Amazing. I will definitely use this company again and will recommend them to my friends."

The estimator, Nate, came the next day and emailed the estimate that afternoon. The price was what we expected. A few weeks later, Rich arrived on time and thoroughly power washed the house, shed, and deck. A week later, Ted (working foreman) and four-painter crew arrived on time and began prepping the surfaces. Ted met with us, described the work sequence, and thoroughly addressed our questions. The painters were diligent in their work and very professional. Ted and a crew member expertly repaired areas of rotted wood found during the power wash. All work was completed efficiently in a high-quality manner, we were updated on progress and when finished, the house, shed and deck looked great. "The CertaPro painting crew communicated their schedule before starting and met their schedule, weather permitting. The crew respected our preferred start time each day. Equipment was stored neatly at the end of each day. Our house is covered in Hardy cement board shingles and requires exceptional attention to detail to prevent drips. This complication was handled perfectly and the process was not rushed. The rear of the property required painting at up to 30 feet high from ladders. The crew showed excellent ladder safety practices and took no shortcuts. All of the workers were polite, friendly and diligent. I do not give 5 star ratings unless they are well earned. I am very happy with the work and the improved appearance of our home. CertaPro will be my first call if I need painting services in the future."

Exceptionally professional and very polite and friendly. Walked us thru the process explained in detail the process. Mike the project manager “?” Was extremely attentive to the work that was being done. Stopped in twice in the three days that it took to complete the project. Extremely customer oriented.
