John Cyr and his team excelled in every area. John expressed enthusiasm and confidence to take on the project and was always quick to respond to my calls and emails. His talented team, led by Ernie, was always professional, courteous, tidy, accommodating and paid attention to detail, even making sure to stain the mailbox post at the end of the driveway to match the house. Everyone was always patient with my questions and requests, which I appreciated and my house looks brand new. The project was completed within budget and on time, actually a little early. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them."

She was willing to forego part of her break in order to clean my kitchen floor, because it exceeded the 2 hour time we had booked. I did not allow her to do this but she was more than willing.
