"Dan and John began this rather large job mid- February and ended in the first week of March.  They did a PHENOMENAL job.
As a long time landlord and remodeler, I have hired a lot of trades.  I've never had a painter in nearly 20 years after whom I did not have to at least touch up some area (or wall/ceiling area) once he departed.    In fact,  I had fired the guy I had unwisely hired  right before I found Dan, because the former painter left raised globs of primer on several walls, and the helper left raised lap lines all over my original swirled ceilings. I let that guy go on the spot, once I saw it.   So it was a real mess in these rooms by the time I found Dan.
Enter Dan of Jimdandi Painting to save the day.   He arrived when he said he would, began the job precisely when he said he would, and worked really hard, as did his employee, John, to do a beautiful job.  They painted all trim and doors, all ceilings, all walls on two floors,  the upper hallway and ceiling going to the basement, a vanity, and spray-painted the kitchen cabinets.  Basically every speck of this house needed to be painted.   It took longer than expected and more paint than expected, because apparently, my house was a "sponge" after so many years. 
Dan and John both were helpful and responsive, giving opinions of the colors I had selected when asked, and even painting a large section of my top choice on the wall in the room I was considering. Dan in particular sees color very well, so he saw that a color was more greenish than I would like, and that sort of advice was helpful.  I took a bit of time to finalize selections in a couple of rooms, and Dan was understanding, as there was lots to do.   I'm only doing this once per house! 
It turned out beautifully, and I,the most particular client on the planet, will not be repainting or touching up a single thing now that Dan and John finished. 
Thanks, Dan!   You guys rock, and I'm having you back for my next phase (basement room when finished and garage -as it was too cold before).
