They weren’t our cheapest option but their unique cost-plus process of contracting, clear & transparent labor rates and discounts saved us thousands on our projects. We have never seen a company operate in this manner, but it just made complete sense to us, and it works extremely well. Along the way we were a bit indecisive and made a few changes which added work to the original scope, increased our budget and timeline, however Douglas immediately shifted into another gear and was able to incorporate our changes within the original design. He is extremely honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable of his trade. His communication skills and integrity were second to none. I don’t know how he handles all the stress, but he makes it look easy. All team members and subcontractors were respectful of us and our home and a pleasure to work with as well. The put plastic every where, they had to sand, and when they left I didn't even have to clean a counter. There was no dust anywhere. "Mike anticipated a 6 hour job, but stayed another 4+ hours in order to do all of the additional things we asked of him. He did a BEAUTIFUL and very meticulous job, and cleaned up after he was done. When he was painting the bathroom, he noticed a lack of caulking done around the top of the shower. He took the time to caulk it for us, even though we wouldn't have known if he had NOT done so. I will hire Mike and Gabriel Painting for all jobs I need done in the future; I give his company my highest recommendation."
