Overall the entire experience was very pleasing.  I managed to get a very quick appointment for an estimate, and the interior was measured within twenty minutes.  I had the estimate by the end of the day.  My estimate was done on a Friday, and they were able to start painting by Wednesday.  The work was completed in five work days.  The work looks very professional, and they did a great job repairing the nail holes and other minor imperfections.  About the only complaint we had was that one of the painters left a banana peel on the floor at the end of one of the work days (covered by a tarp but still).

I went back to the painter that suggested painting the slate and asked him would he paint his slate? He said yes and further explained the aesthetics of painting it.
