"Cleaning went well with 3 guys and done in one day. They called to coordinate the day to start of the staining which let us avoid a dinner party we were having. A team of 8 stained for 2 consecutive days. They left the site clean. The price was about the same as we paid a one-man company 3 years earlier and about $1k less than another quote we got for the work. "The management and staff at Spiros Painting were 100% professional from beginning to end. They responded immediately to my request for an estimate. They had someone come out to look at the project site the next day. I had called another painting company who told me that they could not provide an estimate unless I assured them that I would sign a contract within 30 days. Spiros made no such stipulation. Spiros began the work about a week after I accepted their proposal. This was partly to accommodate own my schedule; they could have started earlier. The rear wall of the house is difficult to access, but Spiros was able to deal with the situation without bringing in any special equipment. They scraped and patched the wall thoroughly. I have had experiences with painters in the past whose scraping amounted to a light rubdown. Spiros was very conscientious about removing ALL of the peeling paint. The company was patient with me when I changed my mind a couple of times before the work started, about the color I wanted. The work was finished in two days, partly because it was interrupted by rain. The company cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done. I'm very pleased with the work and the workmanship."

They isolated the kitchen with plastic lining to make sure their sanding and paint fumes were contained, put paint clothes everywhere and were very respectful of my home.
