"Brian came to our house and made recommendations last year. This year we decided to paint and stain the entire exterior our house in the three colors that had been last done in 2009. His team came, prepped each area of the house with care and the results are fantastic. They repaired several areas where wooden railings and balusters needed fixing and made sure that the garden areas were protected. The house is brighter and cleaner looking, and the work was done with amazing care. The painters are artists. Brian was on location several times during the job, keeping everything perfect and on track, even with the pauses for rain. The grounds were left in clean and neat order at the end, and we are thrilled with the job."

"Sean Kennedy Painting did a terrific job inside and outside our home. Sean and Eric were very personable and terrific to work with. They were very skilled and knowledgeable craftsmen with many years of experience. The interior work they did was truly amazing. One room they painted was a room with tongue and groove wood that required a deep knowledge of how to treat the wood in preparation for painting. They even caulked the seams. The room came out beautifully and is really a showpiece. Sean and Eric did a terrific job painting the exterior of our house. They were meticulous in all aspects. They power washed the house and covered everything when painting including the roof. Sean even vacuumed up paint chips! They scraped AND sanded peeling areas and primed the bare wood in Preparation for the finish coats. They identified areas of rot and brought in a carpenter to replace the rotted wood. We were going to purchase new shutters but Sean said they could remove the shutters and spray paint them. The shutters look brand new. They are concerned about spending money unnecessarily! Included in the price was painting doors and basement windows which again came out beautifully. Kennedy Painting’s price was very fair. They were very professional, extremely responsive and very punctual starting early everyday. They worked hard as painting is a physically demanding occupation. Sean and Eric are honest and very trust worthy. We would go to appointments, etc. and leave the house open for them. We couldn’t be more pleased with their work and we would recommend them without reservation."

"Work was performed exactly as discussed and agreed to (match existing paint colors) at estimated cost. Start was delayed at our request due to high heat and humidity, with no complaints. Work was further delayed through no fault of Arch Painting due to continuous wet weather. Once a good weather window finally occurred, the work was performed quickly with no impact on us. "Mauri and his team were great from start to finish. So good in fact I re-hired him for a 2nd job. He painted 6 rooms in my house after an addition/renovation and I hired him again 6 months later to paint the outside of my house.  Inside of the house was all brand new items: trim, doors, walls, etc. For the outside, in addition to painting I wanted rotting wood replaced, porch railings fixed and new gutters. House now looks top notch, both inside and out. Any big project will cost money if you want it done right, and I feel Mauri's pricing is the middle ground price you expect, which gives great value to the job you receive in return. More importantly, both Mauri and his team are nice and really do care about doing a good job, which is a unique bonus you dont find too often. Would hire again!"

"Suetam painting was hired to replace a rotted window sill, trim snd molding on an older 2 fsmily in north andover with PVC. The sill had to be made with pvc, then cut, trimmed, sanded to match to existing sills. Matues countersunk all the nails, filled all the nail holes, caulked all around the trim at the clad boards, 2 coats of paint on the pvc, then sanded, primed and painted all around the clad boards. He did a quality job on the paint work and exterior carpentry. I hired him based on his 5 star reviews. I have no regrets and I highly recommend you use him. Your complete satisfaction is his goal and he's a nice guy to boot."
