The staff he brought along with him were extremely polite! Everyone cleaned up after themselves. They all were extremely meticulous in the work that they did! My husband and I hold the bar very high for our expectations on work performed, and Rich and his staff beat the bar! We could NOT be happier! "Robert was incredibly helpful and my new home looks much more inviting. I was new to this process and he was quite patient and helpful. He painted the ceilings, colored bedroom and an accent wall, and put a new coat over the off-white walls, and probably saved me a lot of future cleaning anguish by putting an eggshell finish in the kitchen. He met him the day I closed (a Friday), I picked out colors over the weekend, and he got in and finished the job on Tuesday, well before my move-in. Highly recommended!"

"Work was done the 1st week of March. Very professional clean and on time. Attention to detail in prepping the walls. Finished product was beautiful. Have used them for power washing and deck repair as well. I highly recommend them."

"They did a great job, however I agree that his responsiveness is lacking and he is very difficult to get ahold of. I know a few people who had negative experiences but for the price and his quality, I think he is worth it. Moreover, he painted my whole living room by himself in just 4 hours with 2 coats of paint and it came out great. You should know, when they mention 8' of wall, they count it from the ground up and not from the molding up. I was charged an extra $120 for an additional 4" of wall space which was not painted since it was covered by the molding. No big deal, but just be aware."
