"The provider was very patient with us.  We wanted the provider to re-paint our basement floor (including prepping the old paint for new paint).  The provider recommended a Seal-krete epoxy product that he had used before with good results.  It was supposed to be a one day job.
The morning that the services were to be performed, my wife and I had concerns about the VOCs in the paint.  Seal-krete offered a "low voc" variant of the paint that the provider recommended using; however, it was unavailable at the local stores, and had to be ordered.
The provider came anyways, and prepped the floor (scrape, sand, mop), so that when the low-VOC product came in, he could paint.
The low-VOC paint came in, and the provider came back to our house to coat the floor.  So what was a one day job, became a two day job through no fault of the provider.
Throughout the whole process, the provider was very professional and gracious, and didn't charge us any more (even though he had to come out a second time).
We would work with CQ painting again, and would recommend him to anyone who asked.  We have found his pricing to be very competitive, and the quality of work to be excellant.
