"Andrii arrived at precisely the scheduled time to give a free quote to install trim and moulding. He was fast and clearly experienced, as well as professional and polite. He also didn’t mind when I asked to add on to the existing project with a bit more work. On the day of the project, he again showed up precisely on time and completed the job efficiently with great workmanship. I hired him to complete a project that I began but I wish I’d have hired him to do the entire house start to finish. I would gladly hire his company again!"

"The tub looks great. Not as smooth as the original finish but I like the matte finish. The finish around the lip of the tub has several bumps and could have been smoothed out better. The only real problem I have with the job was that after doing an excellent job caulking between the tub and the surround a poor job of caulking was done between the tub and the wall. It was the last job of the day and I suppose the workers were in a hurry to get home. The caulking was not smooth and was applied over the wood trim. In addition some solvent got on the wall and removed the paint down to the drywall. I didn't notice this when inspecting the tub but will not be too difficult for me to repair."

"We hired Hopkins painting to paint our newly built, raw wood shed. I was pretty overwhelmed with picking out paint colors- thankfully Ben helped by getting samples and painting them onto pieces of wood so i could better understand the colors i was considering. He made himself available whenever i had questions and made our project a priority- even when i booked him/them last minute. "James and his crew at Cox Custom Remodeling did a great job with our bathroom remodel. Our house was built in 1900 and the nonstandard framing made things more complicated. His lead, Dan was particularly great, taking the extra time to understand components we picked that were new to him. James always had a positive attitude, showed up when he indicated and got things done. Low dust, protection for floors and respect for the rest of the house while the construction was going on. James also provided the best tile guy, Eugene, that did a fantastic job with natural stone and the complicated very fragile mosaic. We would definitely use Cox Custom Remodeling again. "From the minute they got out of the truck to check our project, to give us a bid we knew they were the company we would hire. They seemed to know what we wanted by way of design and finish, before we spoke. Where other companies had said flat out “We won’t do this.” “Too much work removing old concrete.” Poor access.” Moli said, “Yes, this old concrete gotta go. But, it’s no problem. We bust it up. We take it out.” At the end of the first day all of the old concrete had been removed and taken away. At the end of day two all the forms were set. Day three was rebar and detail work making all ready for the pour. Day four The concrete was poured stamped and finished. On day five everything was picked up cleaned up and they were gone. These are good people. They do good work and they are as honest as the day is long."
