"The house had not been lived in since 2002; I purchased the house and had only seen pictures on Trulia. My sister had gone to take a look before I bought the house but did an "overview" only. I will move in in August; my sister went to open the door for Brittany; she said she cleaned and cleaned - even the walls that had pollen all over them (which you could not see on the photos). My sister says that I must give Brittany a tip because she went above and beyond. I can't wait to meet her myself. BTW, the shower, not in any picture of the house for sale, was beyond awful - so dirty; as I said no one lived there since 2002 and it needed the most cleaning; Brittany tackled it as a professional - even when my sister sent her a photo. A-1 Service from So. Belle Cleaning. I WILL be using them again!!!"

"All calls are answered by Anthony (not an answering machine). I called him up, told him what I needed to have done on two rental homes my wife and I own and arranged to meet him at the first house. He arrived ten minutes early, was very attentive about what I wanted done, communicative about how he would do it, and gave me a bid on site. Second house, appointment made for next day; again Anthony arrived ten minutes early, same degree of attention and communication. Jobs were completed within the time frame he promised. Professional workmanship, highly satisfactory. I will definitely call him for future jobs!
