The place looks fabulous and he completed the work on time, on budget and was minimally disruptive. He never made a mess even though he did extensive plaster work. He even came back to do touch-ups when a mover and a carpet layer damaged his work. This isn't the first time we've used Matthew. Several years ago a leaking shower caused significant damage to our parlor floor ceiling including plaster molding. He restored the ceiling and decorative molding completely On top of everything else, he's a really nice guy! I can't recommend him highly enough."

I know a few people who had negative experiences but for the price and his quality, I think he is worth it. Moreover, he painted my whole living room by himself in just 4 hours with 2 coats of paint and it came out great. You should know, when they mention 8' of wall, they count it from the ground up and not from the molding up. I was charged an extra $120 for an additional 4" of wall space which was not painted since it was covered by the molding. No big deal, but just be aware."
