From the first email, gunnar was responsive and patient, explaining the process and the costs. There were no hidden costs, which is refreshing from a contractor. Everything promised was delivered. Jorge was on time, made sure my bathroom and condo were protected with plastic tarps and drop cloths, and gave me updates as he went along. The process is kind of smelly, but they even have an exhaust tube they run from the bathroom to a window so the fumes go outside. Jorge cleaned up when he finished and you honestly could not tell he'd been in my condo. The final product was gorgeous, and the price also included removing the shower door, a color, and adding slip resistance. Would I hire again? Heckie yes. Would I recommend? Heckie yes.
