He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. "Brent and Ron showed up the morning (Monday) they promised and started the preparation work.  Unfortunately, I forgot to move a number of items (doll house, furniture, odds and ends) from the side of the house, but they went ahead and moved everything without saying a word.  During the next 10 days they didn't ask for anything, except for some ice water in the afternoons.  After each days work,  they cleaned up and placed all of their materials out of the way.  They worked until approximately 4pm on the final day (Friday), and then Brent asked me to come out to make sure I was satisfied with their work.  I was more than satisfied,  and told him so."
